General terms
1. All payments are made directly to the driver (unless an arrangement has been agreed in writing) and are accepted in cash, third-parties payment gateway app or via Debit or Credit Card, VISA, Master or other (by prior arrangement). Third-parties payment gateway app, Debit or Credit card payments are subject to a price or card handling fee imposed by our individual drivers' card handling agents. PassApp Taxi drivers are always happy to cash out at any corporate agents of PassApp and receipts are always available upon passenger put an any valid email on PassApp Booking App.
2. The company and its member drivers cannot be held responsible for any actual or consequential financial or professional loss, missed travel connections due to the late or non-arrival of any taxi rickshaw, cab.
3. The company cannot be held responsible for losses consequential or actual arising from missed connections due to adverse weather, prevailing traffic conditions or any other events that negatively influence journey times.
4. Licensed taxis are insured for passenger and third party claims as per Transport for Cambodia regulations; however, customers personal property is carried entirely at their own risk and the company shall not be liable or held responsible for any loss or damage to said property.
5. The company and its member drivers reserve the right to refuse to carry passengers who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs and who in the opinion of the driver pose a threat to him/herself or his/her vehicle.
6. All (non-fixed/fixed price set) journey cost estimates are offered in good faith, neither the company or its member drivers can be held responsible for any variations from those good faith estimations.
7. It is the customers obligation to actively seek out any taxi they book and to provide a working mobile or landline telephone number. The company and it's member drivers will do all they reasonably can to ensure the taxi is waiting in an appropriate place for customers to find and will assist customers at all times.
8. A credit/debit card deposit will be required on all high value or multiple taxi bookings and may or may not be refundable subject to subsequent clauses contained within these Terms & Conditions.
9. All bookings accepted by the company will be bound by these terms and conditions and customers will be deemed to have read and understood them when booking.
Fixed price bookings
The company offers fixed/set price booking on the following terms.
Unless otherwise stated in writing by the customer and accepted by the company all such bookings are 1 picked up and 1 dropped off. Deviation from this arrangement will result in the fare reverting to a metered fare.

This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) describe about how PassApp Technologies Co., Ltd (collectively “PassApp”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collect, use, process and disclose your Personal Data through the use of PassApp’s mobile applications (respectively “App”, “Apps”).
This Privacy Notice applies to our customers, partners (such as drivers) (collectively “you”, “your” or “yours”).

Do note that some drivers may install personal in-vehicle applications or devices in their vehicles for their own purposes, which may result in your Personal Data being captured by them during on ride with the driver. This practice is not endorsed nor prohibited by PassApp, and the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Data obtained from personal in-vehicle applications or devices is the responsibility of the relevant driver. Please check with the relevant driver if you have any quires about their use of personal in-vehicle applications or devices.
Sensitive Personal Data
Some of the Personal Data that we collect may be sensitive in nature. This may include Personal Data pertaining to your race, national ID information. We collect sensitive Personal Data only with your consent and/or in strict compliance with applicable laws. In the event that you are required to furnish any documentation or information to us for any Purpose which may contain such sensitive Personal Data (which is not required for that Purpose), you agree to redact such sensitive Personal Data before providing such documentation or information to us.
In some situations, you may provide Personal Data of other individuals (such as your spouse, family members or friends) to us. For example, you may add them as your emergency contact. If you provide us with their Personal Data, you represent and warrant that you have obtained their consent for their Personal Data to be collected, used and disclosed as set out in this Privacy Notice.
As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow minors under your care to submit Personal Data to PassApp. In the event that such Personal Data of a minor is disclosed to PassApp, you hereby consent to the processing of the minor’s Personal Data and accept and agree to be bound by this Notice and take responsibility for his or her actions.

In order to verify your identity and/or authority to make the request, we may require you to provide supporting information or documentation to corroborate the request. PassApp may modify, update or amend the terms in this Privacy Notice at any time. Such amendments shall be notified to you through the Apps and/ or other appropriate means at least five (15) business days before the effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Privacy Notice regularly. Your continued use of the Apps or continuing to communicate or engage with PassApp following the effective date of the modifications, updates or amendments to this Privacy Notice , whether or not reviewed by you, shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such amendments.
